Terms of use

The account

Login is by a Qatari mobile number and a code sent by text. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for everything done from your number.

Accounts are for companies and those lawfully representing them.

Content responsibility

The company owner is responsible for the accuracy of everything they publish and for holding the right to use it, including text, images and numbers.

Misleading, unlawful or infringing content is prohibited, as is impersonating another company.

Publishing and the verification badge

Publishing opens after the commercial registration is verified. The badge is granted after a manual review of the submitted CR image: it means we reviewed that document; it is not a government certification or a quality guarantee.

Changing the CR number withdraws the badge automatically and returns the page to draft until the new number is verified. We may also withdraw it if the data proves wrong.

Plan and featuring

The platform is free on a single plan for every company; photo and service limits are set by the platform team and shown in your dashboard. Limits may change, and lowering them does not delete anything already published.

Featuring a company (showing it first in the directory and on the home page) is a platform decision for a set period; it is not a rating of the company or a recommendation.

Enquiries and dealings with companies

The platform shows the company's details and delivers the visitor's enquiry to it, and is not a party to any dealing between them: agreement, payment and delivery are the responsibility of the two parties.

Prohibited use and suspension

Unauthorised access attempts, scraping, fake enquiries and misuse of the writing assistant are prohibited.

We may suspend an account or hide its page on violation of these terms, and the reason is recorded. To object, email us at the address below.

Service as-is

We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available and data safe, but we do not guarantee zero downtime and are not liable for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms when needed; an update takes effect from the date it is posted.
